1. Wait 2-3 months to see if it will fix itself
2. Get so annoyed with the constant dripping sound that you cant stand it anymore.
3. Attempt to muster the motivation to do it
4. Find a day with no prior time constraints
5. Attempt to turn off water valve under sink
6. When it's too stuck, try turning off main water valve, which cuts off water to in-laws house.
7. When faucet is still dripping, turn off hot water valve to the rest of the house.
8. When faucet is still dripping, get frustrated and wait till husband gets home to
muscle the water valve under the sink. Turn on main water so In-laws can flush toilets.
9. Done for the day
10. Find tools and take handle off and try to locate source of leak.
11. Get frustrated because the stem is so corroded it wont come off.
12. Decide if it's that difficult it will probably need replacing.
13. disconnect supply hoses. Get a neck cramp.
14. Find the WD-40. Unscrew nuts to dismount faucet. Think to yourself we were drinking water out of that?
15. Go to Lowes to pick out a new one. Taking the old one for a guide, Making sure the supply lines will fit when you get home.
16. Take sons to the bathroom because they think its fun to need to go potty right when you walk in a store.
17. Ask for cleanup in the bathroom cause they peed all over the floor and got none in the toilet.
18. Get home put together new faucet. Putty underneath it and plumber tape the threads.
19. Start making bread for church dinner
20. Switch supply lines because they were either too long or too short. Hit your head on the sink. CURSE.
21. Make Lunch
22. Turn on water valves slowly and pray not to see water spraying out at you. If it doesn't you can hear a choir of angels singing.
23. Let water run for 2 minutes. That water is gross. Clean out aerater.
24. Admire the shiny new faucet.
25. Do dishes.
The biggest problem with plumbing is getting the old stuff off. Isnt that true in life? Its hardest to get rid of our old problems and rusted out habits. Only do it when we cant stand it anymore, but once we do it. AAAHHH so much better and wonder why we let it go so long.

I love it! I've got a few faucets that I'd love to replace.
I'm sure that my kids will definitely be needed the clean up in the bathroom at Lowe's.
