We have been using our wood stove for our heat in our home so Zach has been in charge of gathering firewood on top of his chicken duties. Here he is stepping backwards away from the rooster. The rooster can be a grouch.
He then spontaneously offered to rake the leaves, I looked out there and couldnt find him. We discovered him at the top of the tree. I think he was trying to shake more leaves down. It was great to see him exploring like boys do.

I was a little worried with the title also (especially after your day on Thursday!) Abby will be so excited to hear that the cow had her baby - she's been watching very closely everytime we drive by! Your kids are so adorable!
